The Team Compass – Type psychology in action
The organisational psychologists Hallvard E. Ringstad and Thor Ødegård invented this exciting system for the application of JTI in teams and in team development.
The Team Compass has a number of major advantages in relation to similar systems. It is based on the individual's JTI profile, which means that team development can be a natural extension of individual and group JTI feedback. It can also be linked to development processes from the outset. In order to use THE TEAM COMPASS in Norway, you must, in addition to the JTI authorisation , take a one-day Team Compass authorisation course held by OPTIMAS. The system is very user-friendly, and is not dependent on complicated procedures for data scoring etc. Once you are an authorised Team Compass user, you will have online access to materials that enable you to create team and/or individual reports of approx. 15 pages. Persons with authorisation can buy the Team Compass booklet from OPTIMAS. |
