Our work is carried out using methods and tools that are professionally well-grounded and documented.

The nature, goal, scope and price of an assignment are agreed as far as possible with the client prior to commencing work.

Our choice of methods, tools and professional approach for each assignment is decided through dialogue with the client and on the basis of a professional evaluation of the nature of the assignment and the client’s needs.

If a professional evaluation concludes that our competence is not suitable for carrying out an assignment, the client shall be notified of this. In such cases, we will assist clients as far as possible in finding the competence they require.

Our work will be carried out in such a manner that it satisfies high ethical standards.
